Chapter 229: The Tea Party is a Gorgeous Event

　The townhouse was in an uproar. It was no wonder. All the royal family members had arrived. I thought to myself, “Is this really OK?”I  looked at brother Alex and saw that his face was tense. Apparently, he was not expecting this.

　This is a pattern where what was meant to be a surprise turned out to be a surprise. I imagine his stomach must be in knots.

“Welcome to our family’s tea party. I apologize for the inconvenience.”

　We also bow in line with brother Alex’s bow. At times like this, we must not speak. It is customary for Brother Alex, the eldest person in the group, to handle the situation.

　Her Royal Highness laughed, and I was sure it was Her Royal Highness who had called His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince. Both of them are smiling as well. The others were trying their best to keep smiles on their faces.

　And so began a tea party that seemed to make everyone stomachs ache.

　After everyone had exchanged a few innocuous greetings, it was finally time to reach for the tea. Today’s tea party was a standing style in anticipation of the evening party. Each of us would pick up sweets as we moved to a spot of our choice.

“Julius, what happened to what I asked you to do?”

 “My apologies for keeping you waiting. I have just recently completed the drawings for the ice room. I’ve also included a table of correspondences for the magic circles to be installed so that you can freely adjust the size of the ice room.”

“Oh, that’s very kind of you. This will make storing food much easier. I will arrange for them to be built all over the country immediately.”

　His Highness Theodore is smiling happily. He seems to be a very bright and cheerful person. Just by being there, I feel like the people around him are also becoming brighter.

　Damn it, I’m being set up. If I don’t do something, I’ll be turned into a magic tool maker!　Then brother Alex came to my rescue.

“Daniela-sama, Julius wants to contribute to the development of magic potions. He has always said that he would hand over the magical tool craftsmanship to our younger sister, Rosalia.”

“I am sorry to hear that. But if Rosalia-sama will carry on his will, then that is a good thing.”

　Daniela-sama smiled. It seems to me that Rosalia’s becoming a magic tool maker has been confirmed. I am sure she is still making new magical tools in the territory.

　That’s right, I’ll give Rosalia the washing machine and vacuum cleaner I came up with. If I give her the concept and a hint, she should be able to make it for you. I’m counting on you, future Magic Tools Princess.

“Speaking of which, I heard that Julius taught on how to make various kinds of magic potions at the Royal Magic Potions Division. I’d love to hear about that.”

“Of course, no problem, Your Highness Theodore. I’m sure the Royal Potions Master will be delighted if you know more about Potions.”

　And so the festive tea party continued. Before long, everyone’s tension had eased, and we were all improving our manners with the aim of achieving even greater heights.
