Chapter 115: Turning Twelve
　Tauro and his team, Black-Gold Wings, had been promoted from E-minus to E rank.
　Shin and Rumeya were thrilled. If they continued progressing at this pace, D rank would soon be within reach. Tauro, however, remained relatively calm, since he had already climbed the ranks once before.
　Aeris was equally composed, though for a very different reason.

　Tauro also recognized the other three members’ potential. He wanted them to develop steadily, remain grounded, and avoid becoming overconfident.
　He watched over his companions with an almost parental concern, although he had no grand ambitions for the future himself. He simply wanted to enjoy his new life and take things easy.

　When Tauro arrived, he found Marches waiting outside his house.
“Hello, Marches-san. What brings you here?”
“Welcome back, Tauro-kun! We have received a large order for refrigerators—from O’Circus, the second-largest city in the kingdom after the royal capital!”
　Marches announced excitedly.
“That’s wonderful news. Can enough units be produced by the delivery date?”
　Tauro was pleased as well, but responded calmly.
“Yes! We followed your advice and built up some inventory in advance, so we should have enough within a few days. There’s one favor I would like to ask, though…”
“What is it?”
“Would you allow me to commission your team to escort me and transport the refrigerators?”
　That made sense.
　Tauro immediately understood Marches’s reasoning.
　As the refrigerators’ developer, Tauro knew how to handle them. His [Magic Storage] eliminated the need for a caravan of wagons, and his team’s E-rank status kept their fee relatively low. Although O’Circus was far away, an E-rank team would normally be more than sufficient to escort a single merchant traveling without visible cargo.
　Black-Gold Wings was also considerably more capable than an ordinary E-rank team, making the arrangement even safer.
　The Marches Trading Company was still young and didn’t have money to spare.
　Establishing a trade route to O’Circus would be extremely valuable to the company.

“Of course! I’m going to the guild right now. Thank you, Tauro-kun!”
　After thanking Tauro, Marches immediately hurried toward the guild.
“O’Circus is about a week away from here, correct?”
　Aeris began mentally working out the schedule.
“Really? What kind of city is it?”
“It’s a port city on the coast and the kingdom’s center of trade. I’ve never visited it myself, though.”
“Hmm… I see. I should go and speak with Shin and Rumeya.”
　Tauro headed to their nearby house.
　When he told Shin and Rumeya about the escort request, they agreed immediately.
　Neither had ever visited a major city. Once they heard that O’Circus was the second-largest city in the kingdom, there was no question of refusing.
“Yes! I’ve always wanted to see the famous city!”
　Rumeya exclaimed happily.
“I can’t even imagine a city larger than Dareder,”
　Shin said, trying—and failing—to picture it.
　With everyone in agreement, Tauro and the others accepted the escort quest.
It’s a nice passed Isekai, although the MC is strong enough he build his team to be more secure instead of just going with the flow of “munchkin” I love this kind of novels the most.
