Chapter 323: Experts in Action

　The battle to defeat the goblin army, which had been going badly, was turning the tide with the offensive by Tauro and the band of adventurers from the royal capital, who came to the rescue.

　The B-rank team “Silver Goblin Hunters,” who had proven themselves to be top-notch, was at the center of the flow, supported by C-rank teams and a D-rank team that included Tauro and his team.

　However, the Viscount Danton’s soldiers and their branch adventurers could not simply follow suit.

　They were exhausted from the daily standoff with the goblin army and the one defeat they had suffered.

“It seems our allies are more tired than I thought and can’t move.”

　Tauro chuckled and decided to show off the techniques he himself had developed over the past few months.

　Tauro drew Artemis’ bow without setting the arrow, and an arrow of light appeared.

　When he fires it into the sky above the goblins, the light arrow bursts over their heads and falls to the ground as countless smaller arrows.

　It strikes the goblins.

　The logistical support of these “black Golden wings”  came as a surprise to both allies and foe.

　The enemy goblins fled from the astonishing attack of these helpful adventurers, while the Viscount Danton’s forces in the rear cheered.

　　Even the allies of the royal capital group, except for the “Silver Goblin Hunters” who were in the midst of a face-off, also rode the momentum of the battle and fought bravely.

　The royal capital group, which charged into the goblin army, arrived at the center of the area where the goblin general was supposed to be.

“Ha ha. - - Okay, there he is! We, the 'Silver Goblin Hunters', are in for a real show!"*

　Hulk, the leader of the “Silver Goblin Hunters,” had been breathing heavily from the start, but after regaining his breath, he and his comrades rushed into battle with the goblin General.

　So, until the battle was settled, Tauro and his support group check the surroundings to prevent hobgoblins and goblins from interfering, and sometimes they wipe them out.

　The “silver Goblin hunters,” who had been flying too fast from the beginning, soon found themselves in a close battle with the goblin general, but thanks to Tauro and his group’s support, they were able to finally defeat the goblin general without being interrupted.

　A breathless Hulk raises the Goblin General’s head grade and took the opportunity to declare victory then and there.

　Then, perhaps sensing that their presence had been noticed, a goblin one head larger than the hobgoblins appeared, wading through the hobgoblins.

“Goblin King!”

　With a rough exhale, the name of the monster that was the target for subjugation in the B-rank range jumped out from the mouth of the leader of the “Silver Goblin Hunters”, Hulk.

“Goblin King…! But, there’s the B-rank “Silver Goblin Hunters” here, so it’s okay, right?”

　One of our allies spoke optimistically.

“Hahaha, you idiot ……! We’re at our limit, We’ve maxed out our strength after exerting ourselves against the Goblin General! Besides, we’ve only just reached B-rank, and we’ve never even taken on a Goblin King before……!”

　 Hulk’s face turned pale and he spoke hopelessly.

“…… Aeris, Ankh, Ragune! We’re going to the front!”

　As if to negate Hulk’s desperate statement, Tauro calls out to everyone in a loud voice and steps forward.

　Their allies who were amongst the enemy were stunned by Hulk’s words, but when Tauro and his “Black Gold Wings,” who were D-rank, stepped forward, they came to their senses and faced the goblins

　In the meantime, Tauro fired an arrow of light against the Goblin King.

　The arrow of light flew furiously straight at the Goblin King.

　There was a hobgoblin in between, but the arrow penetrated it and pierced the Goblin King’s left shoulder, which was beyond it.

“Guooooooooooooo!”

　The Goblin King roared, whether in pain, anger at the delivery of Tauro’s attack, or in rebuke to his allies.

　Then all the goblins who had stopped came at once toward Tauro and the royal capital group.

It seemed that the Goblin King had decided that he would win if he could kill Tauro and the other members of the royal capital group.
