Chapter 126: Things get hectic.

　Rosalia and Mira were overjoyed to see me back soon after.

　Luckily, Rosalia didn’t seem to notice anything. She was clinging to me the day I got home. Still, just in case. I made sure she was in a good mood so she wouldn’t get suspicious.

　From the next day on, Father  stayed in his office. Lionel was with him. When I went to the knights’ quarters to check on them, I found that the knights were hurriedly leaving for somewhere.

　No doubt they are going to guard the border. I don’t know how much information has been passed on to the knights, but I’m sure they will be using their nerves and strength.

　It would be better to increase the stock of elementary physical strength recovery potions. And I’ll make some additional recovery potions as well. It’s not something that will go bad immediately. It will be too late to wait until something happens. We have to prepare for any eventuality.

　It’s always better to be prepared for the unexpected. I’m glad I’m on good terms with the Adventurers’ Guild. I immediately wrote a letter to the Adventurers’ Guild.

　As for the materials I had asked for, in fact, none of them had been accomplished yet. Apparently, the materials were more difficult than I had expected.

　It's true that it was quite difficult to collect them in-game, but I didn't expect it to be this hard. In that case, it might be better to change my policy. Hire adventurers and go collect materials directly myself.

　If I use my in-game knowledge, I should be able to roughly figure out where the monsters and materials are. I could tell the adventurer about that, but... it would be extremely troublesome if they asked me why I knew...Then I should go directly.

　I don’t know for sure, but I have a feeling that people are coming from the neighboring Kingdom of Lund Al. Not only that. They probably came from the neighboring continent as well. Some of them must have come from the Lazar Empire.  Don’t let your guard down. Ah, my stomach is starting to hurt.

　When I stood on the platform set up in the center of the plaza, the area around me quieted down. It was as if all the commotion that had been going on earlier was a lie. I began to sweat a little and stood in front of the magical tool that diffused voices.l

“I am Julius Heine, the third son of Margrave Heine. I am very happy to be able to hold the horse race again this year. I hereby declare the horse races open."

　When I declared as per the script, wow!　and cheers went up. Everyone's faces looked so happy. Waving my hands in response, I hoped that the horse racing season would end without incident.
