Chapter 77: The Foolish Prince's Punishment...?

After Rest knocked out Prince Rodel and subsequently, he, along with the injured male student who was burned, were sent to the infirmary.

Technically, Rest's actions against Rodel and his group also violated school rules.

Of course, it was an emergency situation, and it was evident that Rodel was at fault, so even if Rest had come forward, he wouldn't have faced any penalties.

Rest doesn't know what happened to Rodel afterward.

In response to Primula's words, Viola shook her head with a somber expression.

Rest directed their gaze at Viola.

"Why not? Considering one of the D-Class students could have died, wouldn't expulsion be appropriate?"

"Well, actually, I asked Father after hearing what Celestine-sama said. About Prince Rodel's backers, the Queen Dowager and the Consort. Based on what I heard, the situation is more delicate than I thought..."

Viola explained with a furrowed brow.

The Queen Dowager’s faction, which supports Rodel, is still powerful even after losing its flag, and there are still influential figures within the kingdom who have a strong influence. Some of the board members involved in running the academy are part of this faction, so even the headmaster can't expel Rodel on his own.

Moreover, it seems that the current head of a Margrave, responsible for border defense, is a staunch supporter of the Queen Dowager. If Rodel were to be punished and incur the wrath of this individual, even national defense could be compromised.
