Chapter 335: Greenhouse Expansion Plan

As Fabienne and I were feeding each other cake, Rosalia came into the greenhouse. Of course, Lelie was with her.

“Ah! Julius-niisan is being all lovey-dovey with sister-in-law!”

“It seems like your study time is over, Rosalia. Would you like to eat with us?”

“Do we really have to separate them?”

“I want to conduct various experiments when growing herbs. I’d like to keep the details secret. I don’t mind if family sees it, but other people will come here, right?”

“Is that area too small for that?”

Rosalia pointed to a corner of the greenhouse. That’s the spot I use for my experiments. It’s about the size of two tatami mats. To be honest, I do think it’s cramped. I can’t do any crossbreeding, and I can’t experimentally plant any newly discovered plants.

And, if possible, I’d like to plant trees too. But the current height of the greenhouse isn’t enough. I really want to plant a tree that bears Chigo fruits. That way, I’d have an unlimited supply of mature Chigo fruits. Hehehe.

“Julius-sama…”

“Oh, sorry, sorry. Was I making a strange face?”

Rosalia and Fabienne silently nodded. Maybe I got a bit carried away with my imagination? But I can’t help it. If the greenhouse increases, the number of materials I can grow increases. The number of magic potions I can make will also increase. The possibilities are endless.

“I understand. Even if a new greenhouse is built, please come visit this one sometimes.”

I see, so the reason Rosalia didn’t like the idea was that she thought I might stop coming to this greenhouse.

Fabienne and I immediately went to visit Alex-niisan.

With a joyful look, sister-in-law Daniela clung to Alex-niisan’s arm. Oh my, they’re really showing off, huh? Are they really being all lovey-dovey in front of me?

As I thought that, Fabienne, perhaps feeling competitive, moved from behind me and hugged my arm.

Competing with sister-in-law Daniela like that—what kind of situation is this? I couldn’t fully understand it, but my arm sure was happy. Well, Alex-niisan didn’t say anything, so it’s fine.
