First of all, the name of the skill is "Village Lv1". The skill level is supposed to increase according to some condition or skill level.

I get the feeling that the number next to it represents the skill's proficiency level. As the skill level rises, new abilities and effects are released or something.

Next is the "village head's authority" ability, which states that he has the authority to grant permission for invasion and expulsion, so there is a strong possibility that there is "something" that separates the inside of the village from the outside. I'm not sure about permission to reside in the village.

As for loyalty, I can't check because there are no villagers in the first place, but I would like to know how to check the loyalty level and how to increase it as soon as possible.
