“First, all Blessed Ones are Japanese. That said, they can be reincarnated or transmigrated here from any prefecture in Japan. By the way, I’m from Niigata Prefecture.”

For combat or production-type Unique Skills, if you make a name for yourself, the skill becomes known on its own. And of course, someone with a non-combat Unique Skill like mine would keep it hidden.
