Roa said this and gently patted Alicia on the head.

“…I never imagined that the filthy person who claimed their strength was only at the C-rank adventurer level was actually an A-rank adventurer.”

“W-What? They said something like that?”

“Yes. We thought we could win against C-rank adventurers, but it seems we underestimated them.”

Loa said this with a frustrated expression, grinding her teeth slightly.

Seeing Remi-san rise with a resigned look, I stood up as well.

“Lloyd-sama, are you going as well?”

“Yes. Please wait here for a moment.”

I said this to Lilina, who tilted her head in confusion, and then headed with Remi-san towards Kane.

Since it was my decision to cancel the duel, I couldn’t just stay behind.

Now, I wonder what Kane will say.

Thinking this, I left the Adventurers’ Guild’s private room with Remi-san.
