Chapter 214: Getting Along with sister-in-law Meeka

　When we arrived at the salon, brother Cain pulled me away. Like last time, his cheeks were swollen, but there seemed to be no retaliation. I was her lifesaver.

　The two of them, sitting side by side, turned to me once again.

Thank you, Julius. For saving someone I care about.

“Thank you, Julius. Thanks to you, Julius-chan, I’m still alive.”

　They bowed their heads. I hurried to stop them from doing so. Such an exaggeration!

“Please don’t do that!　We’re family, that’s what we’re supposed to do.”

“I’m glad we’ve become family.”

“I’m glad you’re my brother.”

　They seem awfully emotional. I wondered if there was something else going on.　I wondered and looked at brother Alex, but he too, not having a clue what they were talking about, noticed my gaze and tilted his head.

“Did something happen at the school?”

“Yes, well, besides …… Meeka, there was someone else at the school who got lung disease, and …… you know that, don’t you?”

“Of course. But those people would take a magic potion that is effective against lung diseases and take care of themselves… Ah!”

　Brother Alex’s eyes widened and he looked at me, as if he had reached a point of understanding. What does that mean? As I twisted my head, my sister-in-law Meeka explained it to me.

“The child who drank the magic potion suffered tremendously…”

“Oh.”

　After saying that and giving the servant a look, he went back with a “knowing look” on his face. While the royal potion masters were making the panaceas, I found time to make them. There aren’t that many, but they should be enough to make up for emergencies.

　Scary!　I have to make it by the end of tomorrow!　The two of them check the contents of the crate brought by the servant. They are constantly checking the magic potion and nodding their heads.

　Ah, maybe my brothers have now recognized me as a “nuisance”?!　Oh my god. Don’t I have any allies?　Sister-in-law Meeka hugged me again in the midst of my confusion. Apparently,  sister-in-law Meeka feels comfortable holding me.

　Of course I don’t mind, because I’m a boy, but I can’t help but notice the look on brother Cain’s face when she hugs me …….

“You’re both staying over tonight, right?　Then we need to get ready.”

　Brother Alex immediately started making arrangements. The servants begin to scurry about. They probably need to prepare dinner and their rooms. We can’t let them just stay in Brother Cain’s room. I would be in trouble if something were to happen.

“Julius-chan, let’s take a bath together.”

“It’s okay. don’t worry, don’t worry.”

　 Sister-in-law Meeka might be fine with it, but I don’t think I am. I wonder what  brother Cain will say later. Look, look. His mouth is curled up.

　After somehow avoiding taking a bath together, I collapsed on the sofa in my room.

“What’s with those breasts? They’re too soft. ……”
